PURPOSE : A composition for emitting infrared rays which contains mineral water floating colloid is provided to have the composition which is harmless in the human body, environment-friendly, and which promotes metabolism, increases a blood circulation by containing a mineral component and rare earth materials with a large amount.CONSTITUTION : A composition for emitting infrared rays contains mineral water floating colloid. The mineral water is collected from 1011 m spot of the underground in a hot spring site of a coastal terrace region in the Geumjin-ri, Okgye-Myeon, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do, Korea. The mineral water floating colloid contains a mineral component and rare earth materials. 0.5-5 um of the colloid is formed by agglomerating 100-500 nm of floating colloid particles. The composition for emitting infrared rays is included as an active ingredient in the functional cosmetic which has an effect of emitting the far infrared rays. The composition for emitting infrared rays is included as an active ingredient in the functional food which has an effect of emitting the far infrared rays.
