PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To recycle the incinerated ash, coal ash, and urban mine that have been discarded on a massive scale and concurrently use them to produce renewable energy.SOLUTION : Disclosed is an energy resource circulation system including : a separator 10 for separating at least one of metal, rare earth, and phosphorus and a ceramic component 22 from incinerated ash, coal ash, or inorganic waste 16; an algal culture carrier production apparatus 11 for pulverizing the separated ceramic component 22 and manufacturing numerous algal culture carriers 17 capable of supplying nourishment to algae by calcining the puverized ceramic as a substrate; an algal culture apparatus 21 for arranging the numerous algal culture carriers 17, to which spores, seeds, or immature of the algae are attached, in algal culture waters 13 and culturing the algae 18 capable of forming a polysaccharide by photosynthesis; and a recovery apparatus 15 for recovering the cultured algae 18. |
