PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for manufacturing a transfer foil sheet having a hologram which can easily be transferred to a body to be transferred and has fluorescence emission properties, and can provide a hologram-transferred medium which has excellent security properties and hard coat properties being durability during use and is excellent in heat resistance and light resistance in addition to scratch resistance or solvent resistance enough to protect the surface of the medium even if the medium is used repeatedly many times.
SOLUTION : A method for manufacturing a transfer foil sheet comprises : a base material preparation step; a mold release layer formation step of forming a mold release layer on one surface of a base material; a hologram layer composition preparation step of preparing a hologram layer composition containing an ionizing radiation ray-curable resin and a rare earth metal complex, the rare earth metal ion Ln3+ of which is one of Eu3+, Tb3+, Yb3+, Nd3+, Er3+, Sm3+, Dy3+ and Ce3+; an uncured hologram layer formation step; a shaping step of shaping a relief hologram; an ultraviolet irradiation step of irradiating the shaped relief hologram with ultraviolet light having ≤250 nm of a wavelength to cure the ionizing radiation ray-curable resin; a refection layer formation step; and an adhesive layer formation step.
