PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an accumulative phosphor with 410 nm or less emission wavelength while enhancing emission intensity, and a method for producing the same. ?SOLUTION : The accumulative phosphor contains a plurality of rare earth elements in a host crystal Ca2Al2SiO7, where one of the rare earth elements is thulium. The accumulative phosphor is produced by pulverizing a mixture comprising a material forming the host crystal and oxides of the plurality of kinds of rare earth elements, kneading it with an alcohol and firing it under a gaseous atmosphere having reduction action. ?COPYRIGHT : (C)2010, JPO&INPIT ? |
