The invention describes a device and a procedure, which are suitable for the repetitive reprocessing of used container catches, in particular by Kronkorken 1 in a reprocessing plant. The used Kronkorken 1 is brought by transforming and/or back forms back into the initial form, which is necessary for the re-use with the beverage filling up enterprises. By repetitive transforming of the Kronkorken 1 however gradually a material fatigue enters, which would exclude a re-use from reasons of the quality in principle. From there the Kronkorken 1 in a marking station (10) becomes according to invention provided with a age code. With each reprocessing becomes the age code by means of sensor (5) detected. At reaching the age limit and/or the pre-defined number of maximally permissible reprocessings, the Kronkorken 1 is segregated and scrapped, whereby the necessary quality of the container catches is guaranteed. |
