PURPOSE : A composition of a high intensity and antibiotic elema SMC sheet, and a manufacuting method thereof are provided to increase a tensile strength of a SMC water tank and to prevent generation of shrinkage or banding of the SMC water tank.CONSTITUTION : A composition of an ellema SMC sheet comprises an unsaturated polyester resin, a low shrink agent, a curing agent, and a filler. The elema SMC sheet is formed by further comprising a rare earth element, i.e., a phosphate mineral, or tourmaline or elvan having magnetic property, and a metal material, such as a copper, silver-based activation ion. The elema SMC sheet includes an unsaturated polyester resin, monazite that is a phosphate mineral of a rare earth element, tourmaline or elvan having magnetic property, and zirconium that is a metal material, i.e., a copper, silver-based activation ion as main components. A low shrink agent, a dispersing agent, a polymerization inhibitor, a cuirng agent, a filler, and a thickening agent are mixed to the main components and chemically reacted and aged to make a SMC sheet in a semi-solid state, and a SMC panel is manufactured by using a pressure of high-temperature and high-pressure.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013 |
