简介 Provided is a nanocomposite magnet having high coercive force and residual magnetization and improved maximum energy product, which is characterized in that a non-ferromagnetic phase is provided in between a hard magnetic phase having a rare-earth magnet composition and a soft magnetic phase wherein the non-ferromagnetic phase does not react with both the hard magnetic phase or the soft magnetic phase. According to a typical aspect, the hard magnetic phase includes Nd2Fe14B, the soft magnetic phase includes Fe or Fe2Co, and the non-ferromagnetic phase includes Ta. Preferably, the thickness of the non-ferromagnetic phase including Ta is 5 nm or less and the thickness of the soft magnetic phase including Fe or Fe2Co is 20 nm or less. More preferably, Nd, Pr, an alloy of Nd and any one of Cu, Ag, Al, Ga and Pr, or an alloy of Pr and any one of Cu, Ag, Al and Ga is diffused to a grain boundary of the Nd2Fe14B hard magnetic phase.
