PURPOSE : A nanosized sulfur composite anode material for a rare earth lithium-sulfur battery is provided to have a high specific energy density, a high circulation performance, and a low cost.CONSTITUTION : A nanosized sulfur composite anode material for a rare earth lithium-sulfur battery consists of carbon nanotubes, sublimated sulfur, and rare earth yttrium oxide with a weight ratio of 1-2 : 5 : 0.67-0.78. A manufacturing method of the nanosized sulfur composite anode material for a rare earth lithium-sulfur battery a step of carrying out the mixing of materials depending on the weight ratio of the carbon nanotubes and the sublimated sulfur; a step of carrying out the mixing of the ball-milling materials; and a step of conduct calcinations two times under the conditions of 200-300 °C and 300-400 °C, negative pressure, and flux argon gas atmosphere; and a step of heating the mixture for 5 hours.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013 |
