PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To effectively supply a small amount of grinding fluid to a cutting point and perform highly accurate cutting at high speed, in the multiple cutting of rare earth magnet. SOLUTION : This magnet fixing tool 31 is used for fixing rare earth magnet m when the rare earth magnet m is cut by a multiple cutting grinding blade 1 for cutting the rare earth magnet m constituted by arranging a plurality of cutting grinding blades including grinding outer peripheral blades on the outer peripheral edge of a thin plate disc-shaped or thin plate doughnut disc-shaped base plate in a rotating shaft in the axial direction of the rotating shaft at predetermined intervals. The magnet fixing tools can press the rare earth magnet m on the cutting direction and fix them and are constituted in pairs. A plurality of guide grooves 31a corresponding to the cutting grinding blades, respectively are formed on the surface of one or both of the magnet fixing tools 31, so that the outer peripheries of the respective cutting grinding blades can be inserted into the guide grooves 31a. Thus, in the multiple cutting of the rare earth magnet m, smaller amount of the grinding fluid can be effectively supplied to the cutting point compared with conventional cases and highly accurate cutting can be performed at high speed.
