PURPOSE : A vegetative material and an autotrophism slope restoration method using the same are provided to create the vegetation base layer in natural state capable continuously supplying nutrient to the slope. CONSTITUTION : The soil of the slope is classified into general soil and weathering soil, and rocky soil. The vegetation layer is formed by spraying 0.1-0.5cm thickness of the mixture of vegetative material and plant seed on the surface of the slope if the slope is comprised of general soil. The liquid of cyanobacteria and red bacteria diluted with water is sprayed on the formed vegetation layer. The vegetative material comprises 20-30 weight% of autotrophic soil, 20-30 weight% of compost, and 40-60 weight% of organic soil. The autotrophic soil is made by mixing 70-75 weight% of livestock manure, 10-20 weight% of quicklime, 10-15 weight% of press cake, 1-5 weight% of cyanobacteria, and 1-5 weight% of silicate minerals.
