PURPOSE : A situation recognition event cooperation notification system is provided to notify crime situation recognized by a camera to a mobile device by tracking based on a global positioning system (GPS) coordinate of a mobile device around a camera. CONSTITUTION : A situation recognition event cooperation notification system using a mobile device includes a camera information DB (110), a related person information DB (120), a related person location tracking unit (130), an event occurrence judgment unit (140), an even signal transmission unit (150), an image information extraction unit (160), an image information DB (170), a mobilization notification result acquisition unit (180), a control center server (190) and a plurality of related person mobile devices. The camera information DB stores and manages location coordinate information of a camera. The related person information DB stores and manages mobile device information and personal information of a related person. The related person location tracking unit tracks a current location coordinate of the related person in real time. The event occurrence judgment unit judges event occurrence within a photographing range of the camera and generates an event occurrence signal when the event is matched with event occurrence condition. The event signal transmission unit transmits a push event occurrence signal to a mobile device of the related person within a set radius based on the location coordinate of the camera. The image information extraction unit extracts streaming image information from a set time before the event occurrence time point until the present. The image information DB stores and manages the image information being photographed in the camera. The mobilization notification result acquisition unit acquires notification result information from the mobile device of the related person in case of notification of a related organization. The control center server consists of a center control unit (190) for controlling a signal stream. The camera for photographing an image within the photographing range in real time. The plurality of mobile devices of related person transmit a current location coordinate to the control center server and display the image information transmitted from the control center server in case of event occurrence.
