PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an economical and efficient earthwork material using sewage sludge incineration ash, in which the elution amounts of fluorine, boron and heavy metals (arsenic, selenium) that are harmful materials included in the sewage sludge incineration ash can be reduced to less than environmental quality standards for soil.
SOLUTION : The earthwork material contains : (A) sewage sludge incineration ash in which the elution amount of one or more selected from fluorine, boron, arsenic and selenium exceeds the environmental quality standards for soil; (B) calcium aluminate; (C) aluminum sulfate; (D) lime; and (E) an alkali metal phosphate.
