PURPOSE : A cone crusher welding growing device is provided to maintain even repair state and to improve an effectiveness of a maintenance work by mechanically performing a welding growing work.CONSTITUTION : A cone crusher welding growing device comprises a frame, a turn-table(125), a welding growing machine(130), multiple guide rollers, a driven gear, a driving gear, a welding growing supporter(132), a modulation supporter, a workbench(135), a first controller(136), and a second controller(137). The workbench comprises a work plate(140), a screw, a welding machine fixture, and a limit switch. The screw is installed on a bottom side of the work plate and rotates with forward and backward by a screw motor mounted in one side of the work plate. The welding machine fixture is combined with the screw and a screw block and equipped in order to mount a welding machine for a welding growing. The limit switch combines with an adjust bar which is installed in an upper side of the work plate and selects a start point and an end point of a welding growing work by connecting with the welding machine fixture.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013 |
