PURPOSE : A ball for inducing humidification of a humidifier filter is provided to use zeolite, activated carbon, pottery clay, loess, and an inorganic antimicrobial agent, thereby improving the humidification efficiency, having antibacterial and disinfective functions, and preventing foul odors.CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method of a ball for inducing humidification of a humidifier filer comprises the following steps : preparing powder of zeolite, activated carbon, pottery clay and/or loess, an inorganic antimicrobial agent, and silane; mixing and kneading the zeolite, activated carbon, pottery clay and/or loess, an inorganic antimicrobial agent, silane, and water; molding the kneaded mixture with a ball molder to 10-40mm ball; and firing the molded ball with a firing machine at 900-1100deg.C.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013 |
