This application provides a method for preparing europium-activated vanadium phosphate red fluorescent powder, which comprises : dissolving rare-earth metal elements to prepare oxalate or carbonate precipitates; drying and burning the precipitates to obtain oxides thereof; adding a vanadium source, a phosphoric acid source and an organic solvent into the oxides for mixing and ball-milling; and then performing drying, calcining and cleaning to obtain a finished product. The method is advantageous in simple operating steps, easy control of reaction conditions, uniformly mixed materials, low sintering temperature, short sintering time, small power consumption, and prolonged service life of equipment. The prepared fluorescent powder is advantageous in loose powder, spherical-like granules, uniform granulometric distribution, no need of grinding, and good luminance and heat stability. |
