PURPOSE : A system for purifying contaminants and reusing water is provided to store and reuse treated water by environmentally-friendly treating rainwater and wastewater.CONSTITUTION : A system(1) for purifying contaminants and reusing water includes a coarse impurity separating bath(100), a natural plant-based degrading bath(200), a treated water storing bath(300), and a membrane filtration washing bath(400). The treated water storing bath stores treated water from the natural plant-based degrading bath. The membrane filtration washing bath filters and washes the treated water to be discharged. The coarse impurity separating bath includes a plurality of filters, a collecting box, a sludge floatation inducing plate, and an overflow baffle. The collecting box collects floating type pollutants. The sludge floatation inducing plate induces the floating type pollutants to the collecting box. The overflow baffle is arranged at the frame side of the collecting box. The natural plant-based degrading bath includes a mixed rock layer, a porous absorbent material layer, and a fine aggregate layer.
