PURPOSE : A sap collecting apparatus capable of hygienically collecting sap is provided to maintain the clean condition during a transfer and storage process of the collected sap. CONSTITUTION : A sap collecting apparatus comprises the following : a water tank(10) including a sap storage space; a sap inlet pipe(11) and a sap outlet pipe(12) installed on the upper and lower sides of the water tank, separately; a supporter(13) supporting the water tank; a filter unit(20) installed on a pipeline of the inlet pipe or the outlet pipe for filtering foreign materials from sap; a shade(30) surrounding the water tank for shielding sunlight; and a housing including a space, a sap inlet, and a sap outlet. |
