简介 A method for preparing a superfine co-crystallized molecular sieve catalyst, comprising the steps of : firstly, exchanging the prepared rare earth-ZSM-5/ZSM-11 co-crystallized molecular sieve not larger than 500 nanometers with 0.1-0.6mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, and drying to obtain an H-type molecular sieve; secondly, uniformly mixing the H-type molecular sieve with aluminum oxide and water, extruding into strips, drying and roasting in the air atmosphere to obtain an H-type molecular sieve catalyst; and treating the obtained H-type molecular sieve catalyst with 400-600℃ high-temperature steam for 2-8h at an air speed of 2-8h-1. Compared with regular catalysts, the superfine co-crystallized molecular sieve catalyst has higher aromatization reaction performance.
