PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a modified conjugated diene-based polymer composition which has rolling resistance characteristics, wet skid resistance, abrasion resistance and workability in a well-balanced manner.
SOLUTION : The modified conjugated diene-based polymer compound contains : (A) a modified conjugated diene-based polymer which is obtained by reacting a compound having at least four or more alkoxy groups bonded to silyl group in total and one or more nitrogen atoms to a polymerization active terminal of a conjugated diene-based polymer obtained by polymerizing a conjugated diene compound or copolymerizing a conjugated diene compound and an aromatic vinyl compound by use of an anionic polymerization initiator; (B) a rubber component including polybutadiene rubber synthesized using a rare earth element catalyst; and (C) a silica-based inorganic filler. The content of (C) the silica-based inorganic filler is 1-300 pts.mass relative to 100 pts.mass of the rubber component.
