Sealant between a magnetic system and a sheathing, comprises a multi-component solvent-free epoxide resin mixture and an epoxide resin hardener on the basis of an aliphatic diamine or polyetherdiamine for room temperature hardening, where the epoxide resin mixture exhibits a pump and flowing behavior, and in the polymer chain, resin matrix flexibilizing epoxide resin group is chemically incorporated. An independent claim is included for filling of spaces between magnet system and sheathing comprising allocating the magnet system from pressed magnet powder of a rare earth magnet material with duroplastic binder, or a magnet system with package lamella and electrically insulated intermediate adhesive layer; positioning the magnet system in the sheathing; mixing the multi-component solvent-free epoxide resin liquid; adding an epoxide resin hardener on the basis aliphatic diamine or polyetherdiamine to the epoxide resin mixture; filling the space between the magnet system and sheathing with the sealant within a temporally limited pot time; and hardening the sealant in room temperature to a flexibilizing resin matrix. |
