PURPOSE : A system for sorting out metals from soil using water is provided to fix the system on a certain place in a medium- or long-term, move the system to a desired place with mounting the system on a vehicle in case of minimizing the length and the size of the system, and immediately sort and collect metals or case shots such as small waste particles generating stains or toxic substances which are impurities destroying nature.CONSTITUTION : A system for sorting out metals from soil using water includes a cylindrical sorting drum(100), a rotational member supporting structure(500), a supporting structure installing member(600), a rotational power transmitting unit(700), and a rotational unit(400). The drum sorts out metals from soil. The drum is inclined at a certain angle(∝) of 15 to 18 degrees on the basis of horizontality, is supported by the rotational member supporting structure and the supporting structure installing member, and is rotated by the rotational unit through the rotational power transmitting unit. Ribbon spirals(200) are spirally formed throughout the inner wall of the drum. A lower inlet(110) is formed at the center of the lower side of the drum, and a upper outlet(120) is formed at the center of the upper side of the drum. A jetting unit(300) comprises a jetting pipe(310) and multiple jetting nozzles(311). The jetting nozzles are formed on the jetting pipe penetrating the lower inlet and the upper outlet. A metal mixing-feeding unit(800) having a pumping pipe(900) is equipped inside the lower inlet. The soil is fed into the pumping pipe and is moved toward the upper outlet, so that the heavy metals are discharged from the upper outlet and the soil is drained from the drain pipe of the lower inlet with the water.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013 |
