PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a fluorescent particle which has high light-emitting efficiency and is excellent in durability in usage environment.
SOLUTION : The fluorescent particle comprises : (1) a polymer of metal complex of Si compound having polymerizable functional groups which is a ligand constituting a rare-earth metal complex; or (2) a homopolymer of metal complex having metal alkoxide which is a ligand constituting a rare-earth metal complex, or a copolymer of hydrolytic condensation thereof with an alcohol having a functional group.
