PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide array based on antibodies for detecting active states and/or total amount of a plurality of signal transduction molecules in a rare circulating cell, and to provide a method for using the array to accelerate prognosis and diagnosis of a cancer and design of individual targeted treatment.
SOLUTION : A kit for executing an array method based on antibodies includes an instruction manual of the method using the kit to detect (a) dilution series of a plurality of capture antibodies restricted on a solid-phase carrier, (b) a plurality of detection antibodies including active-state independent antibodies and active-state dependent antibodies, and (c) active states of a plurality of signal transduction molecules of a circulating cell of a solid ulcer.
