PURPOSE : A multi-purpose system is provided to supply/eject stable moisture and nourishments to plants growing in poor soil, water logging soil, dry soil, or soli comprising rising salinity or contaminant materials, and to block a rise of contaminant materials including salinity, waste water in the ground.CONSTITUTION : A system supplying moisture and blocking salinity and contaminant materials comprises multiple water tanks(110). The water tanks storing water supplied to soil are laid underground. A first colleting pipe(120) and a second collecting pipe(130) are installed to connect inside of one water tank and inside of another water tank. A first efflux hole(121) and a second efflux hole(131) ejecting moisture to soil are formed in the first and the second collecting pipe respectively with a fixed interval. The first collecting pipe is installed to connect upper part of a water tank and upper part of another water tank, the second collecting pipe is installed to connect lower part of a water tank and lower part of another water tank. The first collecting pipe is laid underground in a fixed depth from the earth corresponding to the shape of the earth.
