PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a wet treatment method for zinc leaching residue by which copper, zinc and rare metal such as indium can efficiently be recovered from secondary leaching residue with acid in the wet treatment for the zinc leaching residue obtained by leaching the calcined ore, which is obtained by calcining zinc-concentrated ore, with acid. SOLUTION : In the wet treatment for the zinc leaching residue obtained by leaching the calcined ore obtained by calcining the zinc-concentrated ore with the acid, the copper, zinc and rare metal such as indium are recovered by oxidizing and leaching the secondary leaching residue obtained by leaching the zinc leaching residue with the acid.
