PURPOSE : A CSG vegetation block including effective microorganisms, and a producing method thereof are provided to apply the vegetation block for an environmentally friendly river revetment construction method. CONSTITUTION : A producing method of a CSG vegetation block including effective microorganisms comprises the following steps : mixing soil, water and cement to obtain a CSG(cemented sand and gravel) mixture(S100); inserting the CSG mixture into a block mold, and pressurizing the mixture to obtain a CSG layer(S110, S120); sowing seeds on the upper side of the CSG layer, and spreading culture soil including the effective microorganisms on the CSG layer(S130); and pressurizing the culture soil after adding oyster shell powder to obtain the vegetation block(S140, S150). The effective microorganisms are complex bacteria of anaerobic and aerobic microorganisms.
