PURPOSE : A moving wheel for plant cultivation beds is provided to maximize space utilization by randomly moving the beds to broaden the interval between the beds which is used as a work channel, and by installing additional beds in the space which has been used as the working channel by spacing the beds conventionally.CONSTITUTION : A moving wheel for plant cultivation beds is made of combined two components; one component consisting of two bearings(7) fixed to bearing fixing holes(13) in a bearing body(6), and the other component consisting of a railway wheel(5), a horizontal line earth roller(2), and a cone gear(1) as one body. The railway wheel, the horizontal line earth roller, and the cone gear have a structure capable of being inserted into both intervals of the bearing body. The inner diameter size of a rotary shaft bearing inlet hole and the inner diameter size of a cone gear rotary shaft inlet hole(14) are identical. The external feature size of the railway wheel is formed to avoid touching the bottom surface of a view jaw(9) of a bed pipe. The rotary shaft is inserted in one bearing inlet hole, and the end of the shaft passes through the cone gear rotary shaft inlet hole(14). The rotary shaft is deeply inserted into a separate rotary shaft after passing through the bearing inlet hole of the opposite side.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013 |
