PURPOSE : A facility for treating dredged soil containing wastewater and a method for treating wastewater using the same are provided to increase the settling efficiency of a settling basin by separating a sand basin and the settling basin and injecting chemical into primarily treated water from the sand basin. CONSTITUTION : A sand basin(100) precipitates sand sludge from wastewater and generates primarily treated water. A first reactor(310) and a second reactor(320) generate secondarily treated water based on coagulation of the primarily treated water and chemical. A waterway type settling basin(500) precipitates sludge by plug-flowing the secondarily treated water. A chemical injecting unit(400) injects the chemical into the reactors. Draining wells(200, 250) are arranged at the sand basin and the settling basin to reduce the moisture content of the treated water. A crane(600) moves along the path(800) of the settling basin and collects and discharges sludge from the entire of the settling basin. |
