An in-situ nanoreinforced aluminum alloy extrusion for a car body and a preparation method. The method comprises : using mixed powder containing an element for generating a ceramic phase reinforcement; applying an ultrasonic and magnetic field to prepare, in an aluminum melt, nanoreinforced particles by means of in-situ synthesis, and adding rare-earth intermediate alloy to obtain a composite semi-continuous casting rod; and then carrying out hot extrusion deformation to the casting rod and further carrying out a T4P and artificial ageing heat treatment to obtain an extruded profile. The prepared extruded profile has high strength, high fatigue resistance, high impact resistance, and a good forming property. |
