PURPOSE : An upper plate of a testing bench is provided to improve fire resistance by using a fire-retardant and an organic material ash. CONSTITUTION : An upper plate of a testing bench comprises a lower resin layer, a first lower part flame resisting coated layer(420), a second lower part flame resisting coated layer(410), a second inside insulating resin layer, a flame resisting pad insertion reinforcement layer(220), a first inside insulating resin layer(210), and an outermost resin layer(110). The lower resin layer is formed in bottom end. The first lower part flame resisting coated layer is formed adjacent with the lower resin layer. The first lower part flame resisting coated layer comprises flame resisting calcium carbonate ash, fire-retardant chip, and resins. The second lower part flame resisting coated layer is formed adjacent with the first lower part flame resisting coated layer. |
