PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide : a method of producing a surface-modified fluororesin film that does not exhibit coloring apparently and can be easily bonded to rubber without applying an organic adhesive; a surface-modified fluororesin film; a method of producing a composite of the surface-modified fluororesin film and the rubber; a composite of the surface-modified fluororesin film and the rubber; and a medical rubber product.SOLUTION : The method of producing a surface-modified fluororesin film is achieved by sequentially performing : (1) a step to perform atmospheric pressure plasma processing using noble gas and to introduce a peroxide functional group onto the surface of a fluororesin film; (2) a step to immerse the fluororesin film in water and to form a hydrophilic group on the surface of the fluororesin film; (3) a step to perform film formation processing of an organic silane compound and to form a self-organizing film of the organic silane compound on the surface of the fluororesin film; and (4) a step to perform pressure-reducing and drying processing and to remove the unreacted organic silane compound from the fluororesin film. |
