PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an iron-powder-coated seed, capable of realizing a coating little in falling of the iron powder not only in a seeding process but also in a transporting process, and an iron powder-coated seed coated with the iron powder for coating seeds, and to provide an iron powder for coating rice plant seeds, rare in possibility of giving damages to the rice plant seed and easy in handling, and an iron- powder-coated rice plant seed coated with the iron powder for coating rice plant seed.
SOLUTION : The iron powder for coating seed is an iron powder usable for coating seed and has >35% but 75% mass fraction of iron powder having ≤63 μm particle size and ≥30.0 mass% but ≤99.0 mass% metal iron content ratio.
