PURPOSE : A method for preparing a compound and a SPECT contrast medium and SPECT/MRI dual contrast medium containing the same are provided to ensure low cytotoxicity in vivo and to diagnose various diseases. CONSTITUTION : A compound used as a SPECT/MRI(single photon emission computed tomography/magnetic resonance imaging) dual contrast agent is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, M1 is ^188Re^+, ^188Re(CO)_3^+, Cp^188Re(CO)_3^+, ^188Re_3^+, ^188ReO_3^+, ^99mTc^+, ^99mTc(CO)^3+, Cp^99mTc(CO)_3^+, ^99mTc^3+, or ^99mTcO^3+. A method for preparing the compound of chemical formula 1 comprises : a step of reacting a mixture of DTPA-bis-amide-histidine ligand gadolinium complex of chemical formula 4 and ^188Re or technetium-99m ion compound; and a step of removing impurities from the mixture. |
