PURPOSE : A conductive concrete composition for earth electrode utility pole underbracing is provided to have excellent compressive strength, durability, resistivity, and connectivity of an anchor block and an earth plate by comprising Portland cement, aggregate, sand, carbon fibers, and water in an optimum ratio.CONSTITUTION : A conductive concrete composition for earth electrode utility pole underbracing comprises 20-40 weight% of Portland cement, 30-40 weight% of aggregate, 5-15 weight% of sand, 0.1-2 weight% of carbon fiber, and 15-30 weight% of water based on the total of 100 weight% of the composition. The length of the carbon fiber is 12-18mm, and the water is comprised of 20-40 deg C warm water. A manufacturing method for the conductive concrete composition for earth electrode utility pole underbracing comprises the following steps : based on the total 100 weight%, 20-40 weight% of Portland cement, 30-40 weight% of aggregate, and 5-15 weight% of sand are mixed; based on the total 100 weight%, 0.1-2 weight% of carbon fiber and 15-30 weight% of water are mixed; and the mixture from the privious steps are mixed with with each other.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013 |
