Provided are an adhesive composition, which has an excellent releasing property when applied to optical films and is superior in transparency and coating property, and adhesive sheets comprising the same. The adhesive composition contains (A) an acrylic polymer comprising a C4-12 alkylester of (meth)acrylic acid as a main monomer and having a weight average molecular weight of 50x10^4 to 90x10^4 and (B) oligomer which is obtained by copolymerizing at least (b1) (meth)acrylate with (b2) an amide compound and has a weight average molecular weight of 3000-20000, with the proviso that the (meth)acrylate(b1) is a (meth)acrylate of which a homopolymer has a glass transition temperature of 60-190°C, and the amide compound(b2) has a polymerizable functional group and is a compound represented by a formula 1 of R^1-CO-NR^2R^3. In the formula 1, each of R^1 to R^3 is independently a hydrogen atom or monovalent organic group, or any two of R1 to R3 are bound to each other to form a ring structure and the remaining one is a hydrogen atom or monovalent organic group. |
