PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rare earth nano composite magnet and a manufacturing method thereof in which remnant magnetization is improved. SOLUTION : Any of rare earth nano composite magnets comprises a hard magnetic phase and soft magnetic phase of a nano size, and the crystal grain size of the soft magnetic phase is within a range of 1 nm to 100 nm. Typically, the hard magnetic phase is Nd2Fe14B, and the soft magnetic phase is Fe. In a manufacturing method thereof, a bulk body composed of the hard magnetic phase and the soft magnetic phase is subjected to hot intensive working at 650 to 800°C. COPYRIGHT : (C)2013, JPO&INPIT |
