PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a process for the production of a fluorescent substance excellent in temperature characteristics, chromaticity, and emission efficiency.SOLUTION : The process for production of the oxynitride fluorescent substance includes the step of : preparing a raw material mixture by mixing a compound that contains a tetravalent metal element M1 such as Si, a compound that contains a trivalent metal element M2 such as Al, a compound that contains a metal element M such as Sr, a compound that contains an emission center element EC selected from rare-earth elements, etc.; adding further to the mixture a compound that contains a metal element L selected from In and Ga; and firing the mixture at a temperature of 1, 500 to 2, 500°C under a pressure more than the atmospheric pressure.COPYRIGHT : (C)2013, JPO&INPIT |
