PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an automatic bread machine for heating at 50°C or lower that is appropriate for cooking of rare chocolate, and stirring ingredients of the rare chocolate while smoothly melting without scattering, scorching, nor unevenness to easily make the rare chocolate without failure of separation etc. SOLUTION : A course only for the rare chocolate is provided to, when the rare chocolate course is selected, perform a heating process for heating while controlling a heating part close to a melting temperature of chocolate, and a stirring process for operating a driving part to stir while melting the chocolate, and thus the rare chocolate excellent in appearance can be cooked easily in a short time.
