PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To resolve problems of conventional electrostatic filters wherein the filters are manufactured for collecting dust regardless of the particle sizes, and no countermeasures have been adopted for the possibility of separation and re-scattering of the collected dust. SOLUTION : In an electrostatic filtration apparatus 5 comprising conductive fiber 1, insulation fiber 3 with the surface of the conductive fiber 1 covered with an insulation body 2, and a voltage power source 4 applying electric potential between the conductive fiber 1 and insulation fiber 3, fiber diameters of the conductive fiber 1 and insulation fiber 3 are set to 100-300 μm, and disposing spaces to 50-300 μm, to thereby efficiently collect dust of particle sizes of 10-50 μm, including pollen, by applying voltage of 100-400 V, and inactivating by an allergen inactivation substance after dust collection, thus adverse affect to the human bodies can be reduced, even when re-scattering.
