PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an apparatus for molding an earth-and-sand mold form which does not require marking for positioning a forming blade in an earth-and-sand mold form molding place, and substantially reduces a time for installing the forming blade in the earth-and-sand mold form forming place. SOLUTION : An earth-and-sand mold form disposition image having a plurality of reference points for positioning the forming blade 12 is displayed on a liquid crystal display unit. The current position of the forming blade 12 in the earth-and-sand mold form molding place is determined by GPS receivers 14a and 14b. The slope angle of a slope shaping surface 12a is measured by an inclinometer 16. Based on the measurement data, a disposition image 122 of the current disposition of the forming blade 12 in the earth-and-sand mold form molding place and an image of the slope angle of the forming blade 12 are displayed on the liquid crystal display unit. As the liquid crystal display unit is observed, the forming blade 12 is positioned and is adjusted in slope angle, so that the outline of the disposition image of the forming blade is matched to the reference points of the earth-and-sand mold form disposition image.
