PURPOSE : An apparatus for fabricating a carbon fiber using an ozone generator is provided to modify heated oxygen into ozone by plasma and to enhance production efficiency.CONSTITUTION : An apparatus for fabricating a carbon fiber using an ozone generator comprises : a chamber(30) in which carbon fiber(C) is oxidized; a heating member(10) for heating gas supplied to the chamber; and an ozone generation device(20) for supplying ozone to the chamber. The ozone generation device comprises a first electrode(21) which is connected to a power supply source and induces plasma discharge; and a second electrode(22) which is connected to the earth.
