The described method involves grinding, homogenising of skin, thermodenaturation of the supernatant, cooling of the mixture, centrifugation of the denatured material, processing by cooled acetone, washing of the precipitate, drying, dissolution of the precipitate in 0.005-0.015 M solution of tris-HCl+0.15M NaCl, and centrifugation, followed by chromatography on a Sephadex G-50 column and collection of the end substance of molecular weight 1400 to 15000 Da, debilitation and lyophilisation, with chromatography simultaneously with a substance of molecular weight 1400 to 15000 Da involving collection of the substance of molecular weight more than 15000 Da, re-chromatography of the substance of molecular weight more than 15000 Da on the Sephadex G-50 column followed by collection of two substances : one substance has molecular weight more than 15000 Da, and the second one has molecular weight 1400 to 15000 Da; both substances are desalted and lyophilised, and the substances of molecular weight 1400 to 15000 Da prepared by re-chromatography is combined with the substance of the same molecular weight prepared after the first chromatography.EFFECT : invention may be used to prepare the drugs for treating skin diseases, as well as the agents for immune correction.2 dwg, 4 tbl, 2 ex |
