The present invention provides : a method for preparing a catalyst useful in the preparation of a conjugated diene-based polymer, the method preparing a catalyst by prepolymerizing a lanthanide rare-earth element-containing compound, an alkylating agent, a halogen compound and a conjugated diene-based monomer, and then aging the same at a specific temperature for a specific time, such that the catalyst exhibits excellent catalytic activity and polymerization reactivity, has an excellent modification rate and has improved mixing properties; a catalyst; and a method for preparing a conjugated diene-based polymer by using the same. |
