PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To achieve water cleaning while recycling incineration ash and a large quantity of sludge, earth and sand, or soil.
SOLUTION : A raw material comprising incineration ash 1 and earth and sand 2, sludge or contaminated soil is mixed with magnetite 3 and quartz porphyry 4 which are far infrared emitting minerals, olivine 6, magnesium 7 and water 9, and the resulting mixture is molded, whereby the incineration ash 1 and the earth and sand 2 can be recycled without using cement. Since the magnetite 3 and the quartz porphyry 4 are contained, when molded block-shaped moldings are placed at seashore or riverbank, cultivation of aquatic plants can be encouraged by the action of far infrared radiation emitted from the magnetite 3 and the quartz porphyry 4. As a result, water cleaning can be achieved by aquatic plants and aquatic animals attracted to the aquatic plants.
