PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a wiring structure having an organic EL display reflective anode electrode equipped with an Al alloy reflective film which has high degree glossiness and excellent hue expression though the Al reflective film is directly connected to an organic layer.
SOLUTION : A wiring structure comprises, on a substrate 1, an organic layer 8 including an Al alloy film 6 composing an organic EL display reflective anode electrode, and a light-emitting layer 8. The Al alloy film 6 contains a rare earth element of 0.05-5 atom% and has glossiness of 800% or more. The organic layer including the light-emitting layer 8 is directly connected on the Al alloy film 6.
