PURPOSE : A manufacturing apparatus of alkali electrolyzed water is provided to improve economical characteristic by preventing the generation of unnecessary acid water.CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing apparatus of alkali electrolyzed water manufactures alkali electrolyzed water by electrolyzing water arranged between an anode(1) and a cathode(2). The anode is formed by the circular rod of alkali earth metals containing magnesium. The cathode is formed by plating gold on the inner diameter surface of a copper pipe or plating platinum on the inner diameter surface of a tungsten pipe at the concentric outer side of the anode.
