PURPOSE : A steel making method for recycling slag produced during manufacture of silicon-manganese alloy steel is provided to make steel using rare metal and valuable metal recovered from the slag.CONSTITUTION : According to a steel making method for recycling slag produced during manufacture of silicon-manganese alloy steel, slag(50) and MnO reductant produced during manufacture of silicon-manganese alloy steel is inserted into molten steel in a tapping process of an electric furnace(20) so that alloy elements containing Mn and Si included in the slag are reduced and recovered into the molten steel.
