PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an earth-drill bottom enlarged bucket for excavating the bottom of a pile construction vertical hole to form an enlarged bottom area whose lower part is enlarged in a tapered shape, while achieving a great bottom enlarging rate even in the case of a relatively small shaft diameter.SOLUTION : First arms 6 are turnably mounted around right and left vertical shafts 1e in the inward and outward directions of the bucket, and second arms 8 are turnably mounted at the front ends of the first arms 6 in the inward and outward directions of the bucket, respectively. Hydraulic cylinders 9 each connected at one end to a frame 1 are connected at the other ends to the first arm 6 and the second arm 8 via links 14, 16, respectively. Bottom enlarged blades 2 are mounted at the front ends of the second arms 8, respectively. First scrapers 30 are turnably mounted below the first arms 6 around the vertical shafts 1e in the inward and outward directions of the bucket, and second scrapers 31 are turnably mounted at the front ends of the first scrapers 30 in the inward and outward directions of the bucket, respectively.COPYRIGHT : (C)2013, JPO&INPIT |
