PURPOSE : A manufacturing method of flounder leather is provided to provide a flounder leather expressing the inherent pattern of flounder skin while minimizing harmful side-effects to human health.CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method of a flounder leather comprises : a limestone treatment of flounder skin using sodium sulfide(Na2S), sodium hydrosulfide(NaSH) and lime(Ca(OH)2) with a paddle or a drum; a tanning step using a chrome tanning agent, and a re-tanning step using 1-50% white firewood and charcoal; a dyeing/fat-liquoring step using natural dye and fat-liquoring agent; and a drying step drying the treated flounder leather by using a vacuum dryer.[Reference numerals] (AA) Comparative embodiment 1; (BB) Embodiment 1; (CC) Gall; (DD) Indigo; (EE) Sappan wood; (FF) TumericCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2013 |
