PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a soft magnetic amorphous alloy having over-cooling liquid zone and also having excellent amorphous formability and soft magnetic characteristic by selecting and optimizing the alloy composition in the amorphous magnetic alloy. SOLUTION : The amorphous magnetic alloy is shown with composition formula : Fe100-w-xLwBx[wherein, Fe is the main component with inevitable impurities, L is one or more elements selected from Y, lanthanoid (La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu) and misch metal (MM), and shown with 1 atm%≤w≤8 atm%, 14 atm%≤x≤26 atm%] and has excellent amorphous formability and soft magnetic characteristic and has over-cooling liquid zone.
